Nursery and Children During Worship

Family Worship time in the gym around tables and watching a live stream of the service.

September – May

Young Children in Worship, 3.5 through Kindergarten, will join teachers in the youth room off the gym in the Family Life Center for a time where they are guided through a child friendly service that teaches them the aspects of worship: prayer, sermon, tithe and worship. Children will sit on their own dots which are social distanced from each other and will be asked to wear masks. After the service please come to sign out and pick up your child.

All Year
 Nursery Care During Worship
Nursery care is provided during the service (birth to age 3 1/2) in the Family Life Center (follow the banners).
Ask the Usher to help if you are unable to find the nursery.
The nursery is staffed with two adults (who have had background checks).
Children During the Worship Service
Take a children’s bulletin as it follows the service and provides
encouragement to participate throughout the service.
During the service children are invited to the front of the sanctuary for a children’s message. Children can then join parents in the pew or the children’s worship opportunities.
June – August
We have Sunday Learning 4 Kids, 3 years to 5th grade after the invitation for the children’s message. During the worship service for kids are brought downstairs, for a time of worship.

1st through 2nd grade are invited to join teachers in the Room 201 to hear an age appropriate sermon, using the same passage and lesson points that adults will be hearing in the main service. They will close with prayer and return to the pew, before the end of service.
