Join Walk for Freedom at Bird Center Black Hawk State Park.  Walk from 11-12.  Meal & entertainment from 12 noon – 2pm.

Come join us in Veterans Memorial Park Bettendorf for worship and stay for fellowship, food and games.
Faith Night at the River Bandits, Sun 7/23
     Join us as the Quad City River Bandits face the Great Lakes Loons.  The game is sponsored by Chick-fil-a and Moody Radio. 
Gates open at 3:30pm.  Fans will be able to meet the players for pregame autographs.  Rusty Boruff, founder and director of the faith-based nonprofit organization One Eighty, will give a pregame devotion at 3:45.  A pregame concert featuring a local tribute band will begin at 4:15.  The game will begin at 5:15
.  Kids can run the bases post-game through the sponsorship of Prairie Farms.
     An evening of faith, music, fellowship, food & baseball!!
A block of tickets has been purchased so we can sit together. Tickets are $7 each.  Any unpurchased tickets will be give to friends and neighbors as an outreach event.  Mark your calendars, sign up and pay at the desk in the narthex (make checks payable to Christ’s Family Church) and join us for this family friendly event!!

Please mark your calendars! A % of all sales will go to our 2018 Summer Camp Trips, from your meal to gift cards.  Everything will help our teens!
Family Campout August 4-5, Friday & Saturday
 Mark your calendars!  Keep the date open and join us for our 2nd annual Family Campout at West Lake Park. If you aren’t a camper, come join us Saturday evening for dinner, bonfires, smore’s and games. Or come earlier in the day for swimming and boating at the lake.  Ask any who attended last year and find out what a fun time we had!!  More details to follow.  If you have questions, contact Kim Gravert or Sue Kvach.

Summer Beth Moore Women’s Bible Study, Mondays 7pm
Join us for Beth Moore’s 6-week study “Entrusted” on Monday nights starting June 5th at 7pm. Final words can be compelling. In Paul’s final letter, he charged Timothy, his beloved son in the faith, to not be ashamed to fulfill God’s call on his life.  God has a plan for you.  He has entrusted you with the Gospel message and has gifted you to carry it to the furthest reaches of this planet.  He’s calling you to be His mighty servant, willing to face whatever difficulty you encounter as you carry out his mission.  Come join other women of the community as we study “Entrusted”. Fellowship Specifically for Men

**Men’s Bible Study and Breakfast meets the third Saturday of the month in the youth room located at the lower level of the Family Life Center. The study runs from 8:00 am. to 9:15 am. No preparation and all men  High School age and older are welcome. Join with brothers in Christ as we study the word together and see to serve the world.
Fellowship Specifically for Women

**WOVEN Meets monthly on the second Saturday of the month, September through May.  W.O.V.E.N provides opportunities for Christian women to educate, nurture and encourage each other through informal socialization and activities.  The goal is to develop and strengthen personal relationships and sense of community among women as well as to increase our understanding of God’s Word.
**7:14 GAP   is a women’s prayer group, meeting September through May on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month at 9a.m. for a time of Worship-based, Scripture-fed, Spirit-led prayer.
**Prayer Shawl Ministry. The goal of the Prayer Shawl Ministry Team is to share our gifts of handiwork made with love and prayers to bring comfort, hope, joy, and peace to those in need or celebration on behalf of Christ’s Family Church. Prayer Shawl meets on the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of each month at 10a.m.
