Trunk or Treat a Sweet Success! Wednesday October 28th at the Family Life Center, the Outreach Committee hosted our first Trunk or Treat. Over 100 kids attended accompanied by their parents. There were games and prizes, crafts, hot dogs, popcorn, apples, brownies and lemonade. Zany Janie and her family gave a wonderful presentation of the Gospel with balloons. She then led the costumed children up to the parked cars so they could Trunk or Treat through the many trunks that were decorated and receive candy. Thanks to all who shared their time and talents to make this a great success! In the kitchen, at the games, helping with the crafts, directing traffic, decorating a trunk, supplying candy, cleaning up, it took all of us to reach out and make a difference for Him.
